Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancellation will be charged according to the following rules.
0% – 3 days+ (More than 72h)
25% – Cancelled up till 3 Days Prior (48h+)
50% – Cancelled 2 Days Prior (24h-48h)
100% – On the day of the booking (24h -)

Only in case of following cases, a refund will be issued by us:-
1. Bad weather condition preventing us from safely operating.

All bookings are non-transferable to another person. The booking created is valid for the named customer. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled booking time, you will be rescheduled for later in the day if there is an available slot. If there is no available time slot on the same day then it is the same as an on the day cancellation. You must inform us before your booking time if you are going to be late or your booking will be non-refunded.
Please check your booking details carefully for your report time. It’s compulsory for the customers to arrive at report time.

Change Policy

You can change the date of your booking free of cost up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will be charged 25%.

We provide this option only once for each booking. The second time, the customer will have to cancel the booking and make a new one. The Cancellation rates discussed above will be applied in this situation.

Pricing

All pricing is displayed and charged in Japanese Yen. All prices are inclusive of taxes.
Information about the changes in the prices, discounts, new vouchers, and combos will be shared with our customers, those who have subscribed to the website updates.

Eligibility Requirement

All of our activities have age and weight restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they meet these requirements prior to purchase. Please check these details carefully for your preferred activity. Kindly note any booking with fake information will be considered invalid without any refund.
Following is the height, weight, age requirement for each activity:
1. Canyon Walk Age 15 + 140cm Height
2. Canyon Zip Age 15 + 140cm Height
3. Canyon Swing Age 15+ 140cm Height

Waiver

Participation in adventure activities involves a degree of risk. After you reach the site, We require you to check-in and sign waivers.
Kindly understand that signing the Waiver is a compulsory step.

Photos, Videos, and Merchandise

There will be no refund or exchange provided on photos videos or merchandise once the payment is done. Photographs of customers may be used by Gravity Park for promotional purposes.

Medical Considerations

You must be in good health.
Before all the activities make sure you are well rested.
Tell the staff if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, fragile skin, fractures or dislocations, asthma, or any other conditions you are unsure about. Read the medical board at reception and then inform us of any that apply. Anyone having a serious medical condition and/or has suffered a physical injury in the past and how it could be affected by the activity should first consult a doctor before booking. With a certain type of physical injury, the activity master at Gravity Park can advise you on a particular way to perform the activity for minimum stress on the injury.
Kindly understand, if you fail to report your medical condition prior to the activity, Gravity Park will not be held responsible for any problems.
Alcoholic beverages before the activity are highly prohibited.

Disabled & Impaired Customers

At Gravity Park we provide fun and safe activities for people who want an exciting environment to challenge themselves. Some of our activities have a few requirements and restrictions. Please contact our staff prior to booking so we can work out if the activity is suitable and how we can assist.
We are not medical professionals, so to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff we will require sign-off from a doctor or medical professional that the activity you choose will not harm you.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. No discounts apply. An ID is required upon presentation of Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be on-sold. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
