Any booking cancellation for individuals will be charged according to the following rules.

Between 25 hours to 48 hours before the booking

We, at Gravity Park, allow our customers to change the date of their activity once, for free of cost. Kindly note, once you change the date of the activity, 100% cancellation policy will be applied in case of any further cancellation.
